Who should take Worldwide Perspectives?The short answer is anyone who is serious about gaining a deeper understanding of God's ultimate purpose in the world and who wants a closer walk with Him. Anyone who wants to learn how to strategically invest their lives in seeing God glorified. Anyone who wants to gain insight and direction and be able to make an impact in this generation. If that is you, no matter what your age or position, then you should take Worldwide Perspectives! What makes Worldwide Perspectives unique?There are many ways to answer that question. Worldwide Perspectives has a unique focus. Worldwide Perspectives has a proven track record in opening students' eyes to the Bible, history, culture, and God's purpose in a way unlike any other course. How much does Worldwide Perspectives cost?The costs vary depending on your enrollment option. The Certificate option costs $210 and the college level credit option is $380. There is a $15 dollar discount for registering by December 31. Note that books are already included in the price! Credit can be obtained through Cincinnati Christian University If you are interested in credit, the syllabus has complete information. Why does Worldwide Perspectives cost so much?The fees for the class are based on the travel costs we need to cover for speakers, administrative costs, costs for class materials, etc. This is necessary to insure the quality of the program. Actually, when you think about it, this is a bargain. Each session costs about the same as going to a movie, but you are getting so much more than mere entertainment. You are getting a glimpse into the eternal purpose of God in a way you will never forget. Will childcare be provided?Right now there are no plans to provide childcare at the class locations. In the past we have found that very few students used this service. However, we would like to know if you would have need for childcare. If this would be helpful to you, please let us know. We might be able to make arrangements. Husbands and wives attend class together will get a "family member discount" that can be used to offset some of their childcare expenses if they choose. Are scholarships available?Our desire is that as many people as possible will be able to attend Worldwide Perspectives. As a result, there are a limited number of scholarships available. If you really want to take Worldwide Perspectives, but simply cannot afford the cost, please contact us. Let's talk about the details because a scholarship might be possible. I took the class in the past, is there a discounted rate for me to take it again?Actually, all alumni can attend any of the sessions FREE. This applies to graduates of both Worldwide Perspectives and Perspectives on The World Christian Movement. This is true even if you originally took the course in a different city. Of course, if you want new copies of the books used for the class there will be a charge for them. Note that Worldwide Perspectives uses a different book than Perspectives on the World Christian Movement. Please join us again and bring a friend! What happens if I can't attend the class one week?You have a couple of options. You can attend the same session at one of the other Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky or Dayton area locations. If that doesn't work, you can get a podcast of the session and listen to it on your own. Worldwide Perspectives sounds good, but what if after I attend the first session I decide it's not for me?No problem! You can attend the first two sessions with speakers and if you decide you can't continue with Worldwide Perspectives you will get a full refund.
